The standard room was spacious and had a nice view, and the location was very convenient.

The hotel was a great relaxing base for the weekend. I was offered a room with absolutely stunning views of the lake. The hotel's location was very central, very close to the main area. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Restoran Cun, which was only a 5-minute walk away.

During our stay at Su Hotel, we were impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. The food at the hotel was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the old town. our experience at Su Hotel was positive and we would recommend it to others.

Room size was decent and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The view from the rooftop was spectacular.
The carpet in the room was old and gave the impression of being dirty. Noise could be heard from outside the hotel if the windows were left open during the night.

Room with great view, comfortable bed & helpful staff
The view from the room was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made our stay pleasant. The location was perfect, close to the lake and other key places. We also enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks offered.
The hotel was under construction and there was no restaurant as advertised. We also found the breakfast very disappointing, as there was no hot food available and there was no toaster for the bread.

I didn't like the double bed, it is divided in two and as we have a 2 yrs old child we couldn't took him in the middle as we planned to do... The sofa bed available in the room is so heavy to take it near the double bed.. So it was uncomfortable to sleep all three in one double bed. Hope they can change those so-called double beds and replace them with one complete double bed!

Room was small and there was no place to do some work. Breakfast was poor but it was unclear what choice of food was available.
